We want you to feel at home when staying with us. We are right off Interstate 40 (Exit 320 Genesis Rd - same exit as Bucees) in Crossville, TN. All sites have full hookups - 50/30 Amp, sewer, and water. Excellent free WiFi. Buddy sites available. Pull through sites. Playground for the kids. Open air Pavilion with massive fireplace. Indoor conference rooms. A clean, well kept, Pet & Family Friendly RV Park.
A Word about WiFi
We are making a considerable investment in our WiFi infrastructure. We will never charge extra to get faster speeds. We want everyone to be able to stream their TV and movies - even at night when most campgrounds' wifi gets saturated. Also, we want people to be able to work from their RV's without any issues. Our end goal is for campers to leave saying "That was the best wifi we have ever had at any campground."
Making a Reservation
When you book a site, we will charge the first night to your card. The balance will be charged at check-in.
Lock Fee - Our software will automatically optimize free space - in order to do this, it may have to move people around. If you do not want to be moved, there is a $15 lock fee. This is a one time fee for the whole reservation. You will only be moved to a "like" site - exactly like the site you booked. You will never be moved to a smaller site.
Cancellation Policy - Full refund (minus $10 cancellation fee) on cancellations made 48 hrs prior to arrival. One night charged for cancellations within 48 hours. When you make a reservation, we have to pay a booking fee and a percentage of that transaction to the credit card processor. That is the reason for the $10 cancellation fee.
Our Rates
Nightly Rate - $55 a night
$110 a night for Buddy sites (includes both sites)
Weekly Rate - $40 a night ($280 a week)
Monthly Rate - $31.65 a night ($950 a month - includes utilities)

NEW SERVICE
On your way home and need to dump? Because we are so convenient to the interstate, we are offering a new service. Dump and Rest. For $25 (during our office hours of 10-5) you can use one of our full hook up sites to dump, fill up your fresh water tank, use our super fast WiFi, or take a nap for up to 3 hours.
